Jim Rinehart
Commercial real estate expertise is vastly an apprenticeship mixed with a natural born entrepreneurial spirit. I was fortunate to start my real estate career in 2007 at CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. As a broker in retail I was mentored by a legend, Mike Moser, and Global President of Retail, Anthony Buono. To apprentice under both of their mentorship was a gift I can never repay, yet was only the beginning as I’ve learned from every deal and every client since.
After 9 years at CBRE, I spent 5 years at Retail Insite—a boutique brokerage company, earning a proven reputation in the commercial real estate field through transactions (large and small) on the highest profile properties in San Diego. This has all been part of my path to launch Periscope Real Estate as I aim to help families, entrepreneurs, and investors with my knowledge of commercial real estate. JULIE STEINBEISS
Chief Operating Officer, Head of Marketing, and transacting agent at Periscope.
